Sternit Fortem is looking for a motivated Automation or AI Specialist to join a top-tier AI team focused on building solutions that drive real business value. You'll be working in a large fintech company in Norway building regulated financial products.

What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, AI evaluation frameworks, or applied AI workflows is a strong plus
• Background in full-stack development and/or DevOps is welcome
• Experience with .NET is a big advantage; Python or TypeScript skills are equally valued
• Azure literacy is a bonus
• Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher)
