+ Design, build, and deploy custom copilots and Copilot extensions (plugins, connectors, actions) using Copilot Studio and Graph connectors.
+ Engineer prompt flows, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and grounding via SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure Cognitive Search, and Microsoft Graph.
