Generosity is the entire rewarding ecosystem that is aimed at stimulating engagement and therefore increasing retention, upselling and revenues, by delivering promotional monetary value (e.g. welcome bonuses, free bets, loyalty points) to our customers. The Generosity function oversees Strategy, Processes and Tools necessary for this goal, for all Flutter SEA brands and regions, covering an overall bonus spending in the hundreds of millions of Euros.
