Geodetic Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct Land Topographic, Boundary, and Construction Surveys including As‑Built Survey using total stations, GPS, levels, and other instruments.
• Analyzing data using Plans, Maps, Charts, Reports and Software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs.
• Taking Measurements of Distances and Angles on Property or Section of land in order to establish legal boundaries.
• Marking and Delineating boundaries and reference points on a Property or Section of land/site layouts.
• Maintain accurate Records of Measurement and Survey Results.
• Presenting data to client and preparing Reports detailing legal boundaries and other relevant information.
• Attend Internal Project Meeting or Client Meeting when necessary.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between plans and actual site conditions.
• Work closely with Engineers, Architects, and Construction Dept. Head Manager to provide critical survey data. <...
