Geodetic Engineer

• Conduct Land Topographic, Boundary, and Construction Surveys, including As-Built Surveys using total stations, GPS, levels, and other instruments
• Analyze data using plans, maps, charts, reports, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs
• Take measurements of distances and angles on property or sections of land to establish legal boundaries
• Mark and delineate boundaries and reference points on a property or site layouts
• Maintain accurate records of measurements and survey results
• Present data to clients and prepare reports detailing legal boundaries and other relevant information
• Attend internal project meetings or client meetings when necessary
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between plans and actual site conditions
• Work closely with Engineers, Architects, and Construction Department Head/Manager to provide critical survey data
• Perform other tasks as assigned
