Advanced Technical Descriptions Plotting
Advanced technical plotting of shape of the property thru software, based from the technical documents of Business Development and Acquisition groups for consolidation and acquisition. Including troubleshooting of open polygon lots/titles.
Satellite-overlay-mapping checking of all lots using software for presentation to management
Lot Plan & Vicinity Mapping
Preparation of lot plans and vicinity map of all consolidated-acquired lots based from the latest land titles/records of local government units
Printing of above output in coordination with the authorized Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) shop, for sign and seal, prior plan submission.
Survey Reports Generation
Processing of survey raw data to generate all kinds of survey reports of all offered properties prior payment to the seller
