Geologist

We are seeking a qualified Geologist to support geological and geotechnical works for a dam construction project in Tenom, Sabah.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out geological mapping, logging, and site investigations
• Monitor ground conditions for dam, foundation, and tunnelling works
• Interpret geological data and prepare technical reports
• Support geotechnical and construction teams on site

Requirements:

• Master / Degree in Geology / Engineering Geology or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Possess BOG Certificate / Registered with BOG
• Relevant experience in dam, tunnelling, or infrastructure projects preferred
• Knowledge of rock mass classification and site investigation methods
• Willing to be based full-time at Tenom project site
