Geostructures Lead Engineer — Growth & Mentoring

Ramboll in Dubai seeks a full-time geostructures engineer to lead multidisciplinary teams in providing geotechnical advice and design. Your role involves supervising analysis, guiding engineers, and developing innovative solutions for ground engineering challenges.

The ideal candidate should have a BEng degree in geotechnical engineering or relevant experience. Good communication skills in English, and preferably Danish or German, are essential.
