Geotechnical Engineer

Overview

Your future role on our team. As a geotechnical engineer, you will perform tasks and provide services in the field of geotechnical engineering. You will be responsible for performing geotechnical site investigations and analyses, preparing and reviewing deliverables and reviewing design and construction, within the context of the overall management objectives set for each project.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the technical management and direction of geotechnical site investigations, supervise activities in the context of these investigations, evaluate materials in the laboratory and prepare and review technical reports
• Review and supervise civil and geotechnical construction activities
• Conduct field evaluations and assess risks of landslides, perform mapping and produce reports
• Manage geotechnical instruments: prescribe, supervise installation, monitor and record results
