Key Responsibility

• Provide 1st level support for various applications across all departments and operating units.
• Respond to queries/issues in a timely manner.
• Take end to end responsibility (take ownership) of the logged requests and monitor own work progress.
• Walk users through the problem-solving process.
• Installing updates, patches, and enhancements to improve the software performance and functionality.
• Maintaining all cases in the company ticket log system.
• Ensure to response issues and problems raised as per internal target resolutions.

Job Requirement

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Information Technology or Computer Engineering or any related field.
• A fast learner who adapts quickly, meets deadlines, and works effectively in a team.
