The Commissioning Manager provides leadership for the Project Team, PNM, BRN, as well as vendors and contractors, in delivering the business case. This ensures that the necessary processing areas, sub-areas, systems, and personnel are in place to realize and deliver on the project implementation objectives and Corporate goals.

Commissioning is defined as the project stage where all project facilities are tested using ore, reagents, power, water, air, etc., and the load is gradually increased to achieve a predefined level of production for several hours, with all project systems and subsystems operating simultaneously. Once the target is achieved, the project facilities are transferred to Operations, and the Commissioning team assists during the ramp‑up of those facilities.
