The primary goal of an ITS Manager at Forvis Mazars Mexico is to ensure that our clients’ cross-border operations are fully compliant with both Mexican and international tax regulations while optimizing their overall tax burden. This is achieved by:

• Applying bilateral treaties and the Multilateral Instrument to prevent double taxation.


• Designing and reviewing tax-efficient structures (e.g., dividend decrees, cross-border restructurings).


• Leading SAT audits and due diligence reviews with minimal client disruption.


• Delivering actionable insights that align tax planning with clients’ business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
