YOUR ROLE

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for coordinating manufacturing engineers (process and maintenance), tooling engineers, and technicians to develop and implement optimal, cost‑effective manufacturing processes and methods in stamping and plastic molding plants in accordance with product specifications and quality standards of the department, as well as ownership, uptime, and OEE of equipment.

Recommends and implements improvements to production processes, cycle times, methods, and controls; coordinates manufacturing launches for new or revised products; coordinates facilities maintenance and janitorial services, automated equipment installation, and develops and controls preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
