Purpose:

Lead the implementation and monitoring of systems and controls that ensure accurate customer demand processing, efficient production planning, and effective supply base management to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain raw material and finished goods inventory levels aligned with plant models.
• Design, develop, and deploy procurement and production control processes, tools, and controls.
• Provide daily oversight of critical raw material part numbers and coordinate resolution.
• Track finished goods inventory days on hand (DOH) and lead position daily.
• Manage customer releases, including:
• EDI transmission
• Waterfall analysis
• Portal updates
• Weekly master production plan review with the plant
• Organize meetings on finished goods DOH lead position and recovery plans.
