Job Overview
The Senior Manager Operations is responsible for management and oversight of organization policies by performing the following duties either personally or through subordinate supervisors/employees.

Communicate with other functional/departmental managers to understand all necessary aspects of operational development

Owns and drives continuous improvement plan on safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity and training

Understands/Develops/Drives and Improves Engineering standard work to meet takt time including but not limited to Time observation form, Process Capacity, Work combination sheet, Standard work sheet and Operator loading Chart
