Ohana Design Services is a vibrant, multicultural boutique entity focused on high‑end residential resort design. The role requires managing all aspects of planning, coordination, and execution of interior architecture design projects. Candidates must be 100% proficient in English, have a design‑solution‑centered focus, and the innate ability to multi‑task.

Role and Responsibilities

Project Initiation and Client Coordination

• Collaborate with the Client and/or Vice President of Development to understand and define project scope.
• Ensure design agreements and Client proposals are fully executed prior to initiating the work plan.
• Attend Client meetings with the Vice President of Development and prepare and distribute updates to the project work plan as required.

Project Planning and Management

• Establish and manage the overall project plan as it relates to Interior Design deliverables and timelines.
