Job Description
Design and implement the end-to-end S&OP process from scratch.
Align Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain in integrated planning.
Develop demand, supply, and capacity plans across short and long-term horizons.
Lead S&OP governance forums and decision-making processes.
Monitor and improve key KPIs (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory, capacity).
Identify risks and opportunities impacting operations and service levels.
Drive continuous improvement and process digitalization.
Support executive decision-making through integrated and data-driven insights.
