We are seeking a talented **Executive Manager – Product Compliance** to join our team in **Guarulhos | CBL** .

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Serve as the first line of defense in the Latin America Region (LATAM) region for all product compliance matters.
+ Lead and manage escalations with high-level government agencies, when necessary, to meet business needs and ensure compliance.
+ Hold decision-making authority as the primary representative in the VPI Regulatory Corridor (RCRG) for LATAM programs.
+ Ensure fulfillment of regulatory obligations with government agencies and applicable legislation.
+ Lead the development of certification and compliance strategies for On-Highway and Off-Highway products across diverse LATAM regulatory frameworks.
