Job Description
What you will do- Lead and execute the commercial strategy for one of the most critical orthopedic regions in Brazil, driving growth through direct and indirect sales channels while ensuring compliance, strong stakeholder relationships, and operational excellence. Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with national objectives. Lead the Indirect Channel (IC), acting as sponsor for distributors and agents. Set territories, quotas, and targets for indirect channels and direct sales teams. Drive forecasting, reporting, and demand planning, contributing to IBP discussions. Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, HMOs, and key institutions. Lead territory business reviews, sales meetings, and performance follow-ups. Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability for the assigned territory. Ensure full compliance with Stryker policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
