Geriatric NP/PA opening in Chicago, IL

Well respected Healthcare facility in Chicago is seeking a Spanish speaking Geriatric NP/PA to join their team.

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
• Rotating on call for evenings and weekends
• Will see patients in the clinic and in participants homes, as needed
• Will see ages 55+
• Seeking candidates fluent in Spanish (or at least 7/10 Spanish speaking)
• Seeking candidates with at least 2 years NP/PA experience seeing older adults
