The Opportunity
We are working closely with an established Geriatric Medicine service within a major regional referral hospital in Western Australia and are keen to connect with FRACP Geriatricians interested in a full-time role offering breadth, integration and long-term stability.
The service supports an ageing and growing regional population and operates across acute consultative geriatrics, subacute GEM services and community-linked models of care. The role offers meaningful involvement in multidisciplinary planning, discharge coordination and complex care management.
This position will appeal to Geriatricians seeking collaborative practice within a structured and well-supported regional health service.
