Geriatrics Physician Assistant

We are seeking an experienced NursePractitioner or Physician Assistant for a Locums assignment to convert toPerm (with on 3-6 months) at a primary care practice serving geriatric patients ina value-based care model. This is a hybrid role with blend ofcoverage in outpatient clinics as well as home-based patient care.

Compensation: $75 - $95 perhour

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full Time Hours Guaranteed
• Monday - Friday - 5 Days Per Week
• Patient Load: LOW DAILY CENSUS
• Home Care: 3-5 patients per day
• Clinic: Small census of 7-10 patients per day
• Setting: Hybrid (Outpatient clinic + home-based care), value-based primary care for elderly patients
