German Bilingual Customer Support (Cebu)

We are looking for a German bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our retail/e-commerce account team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our German-speaking clients and sellers, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience on the platform.



Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from German-speaking clients and sellers via email, chat, and phone.

- Provide accurate and timely information regarding account management, platform features, and order issues.
