We are seeking German-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a growing international retail support team in Umhlanga, Durban.
Location: Umhlanga, Durban (On-site)
 Start Date: 6 April 2026; 30/Jun/26; 31/Aug/26; 31/Oct/26
 Salary: R24,000 per month + Benefits
 Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Key responsibilities: Assist German-speaking customers with online retail queries 
 Provide fast and professional support 
 Work within a global customer service environment 

Minimum Requirements German language proficiency (B2–C2 level) – written and spoken 
 Good command of English for internal communication 
 Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)
