We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service professionals for an international online retail client supporting global customers in Umhlanga, Durban.

Location: Umhlanga, Durban (On-site)
 Start Date: 6 April 2026; 30/Jun/26; 31/Aug/26; 31/Oct/26
 Salary: R24,000 per month + Benefits
 Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
What you will do: Support German-speaking customers via inbound channels 
 Resolve queries related to online retail orders and services 
 Deliver high-quality customer experience 
 Maintain accurate case records and updates 

Minimum Requirements German language proficiency (B2–C2 level) – written and spoken 
 Good command of English for internal communication
