German & English Bilingual Technical Support Agent

We are hiring a Technical Support Agent to support employees with day-to-day IT issues in a modern, cloud-based workplace.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical questions and will help users resolve common problems related to their accounts, laptops, email, and workplace software.

You will work closely with users to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and escalate more complex problems to senior IT teams when necessary.

This role is ideal for someone with IT support or helpdesk experience who enjoys helping people solve technical problems.
