We are looking for a German Quality Specialist to join our team.

As a Quality Specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Supports Quality scaled quality audits that reviews interactions across all lines of businesses across modalities ( InApp, Chat, Phone). This will be an audit the auditor program that will focus on audited interactions from the client's CoE’s.
• Reviews previously adjudicated documents to assess if the reviewer / agent followed business and compliance requirements for the client.
• Leads and facilitates alignment sessions with the BPOs.
• Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and provide constructive feedback to the client.
• Analyzes Quality trend and provides recommendations for the program supported.
• Takes personal responsibility to understand and comply...
