German Speaker

We are looking for a German Bilingual Service Desk Associate to provide first-level technical support to end users. This role is responsible for handling service requests, troubleshooting basic IT issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation of incidents. Prior service desk experience is not required, as long as the candidate is fluent in German and English.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German (C1–C2 level) and English (written and spoken) – required
• Open to candidates without prior service desk experience as long as GERMAN BILINGUAL SPEAKER
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications
• Willing to work in shifting schedules (if applicable)
• Customer-service oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• IT-related background or certification is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work in a hybrid set up in Laguna
