Job Description


  • Oversee end‑to‑end order processing;

  • Coordinate closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to validate order details, manage inventory levels, and resolve discrepancies;

  • Maintain accurate inventory and billing records through regular reconciliations and timely invoicing;

  • Deliver strong customer service by communicating order status, addressing inquiries, and resolving challenges related to stock, delivery, or billing;




Work for an international FMCG in Rotterdam;German language is required for this billing role;

  • Relevant education in finance or a relevant field;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in order management or billing roles within an international environment;

  • Good command of SAP is a big advantage;

  • Good command of English and German, as you will be speaking with international clients;

  • Available for 32-36 hours a week;
