Our client, a global insurance company is looking for German speaking Claims Associates to join their team and support getting their German clients back on their feet when their gadget gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

Your responsibility will include: 
Act as the first point of contact to customers and maintain the contact via phone and email

Assess and resolve insurance claims and represent some of the biggest brand names in Germany

Go the extra mile to make sure all questions and issues are resolved and provide the best customer experience

Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be needed
