In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our range of skincare and beauty products.

Your fluency in German will be essential in assisting clients with inquiries about product details, usage advice, order status, and other related concerns. You will be instrumental in helping customers make informed choices and in promoting our dedication to high-quality beauty solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat concerning beauty and skincare products
