German-speaking HR Associate, HR Shared Service

Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a German Speaking HR Associate to join us in our People First Team in our Budapest XIII. Váci Greens office.

As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for processing HR-related changes in the HR System, creating documentation and keeping an eye on employee satisfaction. Our customers can reach out to us via phone, chat and the HR Portal, so you will be able to use your German and English knowledge. 

Are we looking for you? Yes, if….
• Shared Services experience is a strong advantage (HR background is a plus, but not required)
• You are confident in German(!) and English language both verbal and written
• You are proactive and have good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• You are paying attention to details and appropriate system inputs - since we are working with personal and payroll-related data
