Your Role

• Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls and chats from customers regarding their insurance policies.
• Service Requests: Process policy administration updates and service requests within the clients internal systems.
• Communication: Draft and send professional email and letter responses, including contract details and policy information.
• Document Management:
