We continuously expanding our Customer Service Centre, where within our Global Service Coordination function, we are looking for motivated and reliable colleagues to help us provide product delivery services to internal and external customers. As a Service Coordinator, your main responsibility would be tracking and ensuring products are on the right track without any delay. We are looking for either young professionals who would like to start (or continue) their career with us as well as experienced and senior colleagues.

On a daily basis:

  • Being the Single Point of Contact between End users and Onsite Engineers.
  • Understanding and supporting the End-to-End Product Management Lifecycle
