German-Speaking Talent Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our global team.

Preferred locations include Gdansk or Gdynia (Poland), Budapest (Hungary), Madrid or Valencia (Spain), and Constanta (Romania).

We work in a hybrid model and expect you to spend a few days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of candidate attraction for all vacancies in defined countries/region, recommending cost‑effective techniques in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
• Provide Talent Acquisition Partners with relevant market intelligence on the external candidate market, benefits and working conditions to keep the company competitive.
• Increase connection with target talent pools to position the company as the employer of choice for professionals wishing to grow their careers.
