Language skills: German at C2 level and English at B2 level.
Technical knowledge: Excellent technical knowledge and understanding.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (Monday-Friday: 9 a.m.-8 p.m.).

Your Responsibilities

Outgoing calls to existing customers.
Renewing contracts and promoting additional services tailored to customer needs.
Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's success.
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
