Job Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Procurement: Plan the buying for both future and immediate orders, ensuring optimal inventory levels in each category; identify and source new products by attending trade shows; manage purchase orders, receiving, tagging, and preparation of merchandise for display; conduct monthly inventory counts.
• Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee annual budgets, analyze monthly P&L statements and variance reports, implement strategies to maximize profitability; process and record invoices related to retail orders; ensure timely payment and accurate financial tracking.
