The Electronic Arts Information Technology (EAIT) organization operates as a global team delivering creative, collaborative, and productive technology services across game development, marketing, and corporate functions. This role is within the Game Developer Experience (GDX) organization and focuses on ensuring that product and engineering teams have all operational foundations in place before services launch.

This hybrid position (three days per week in the office) reports to the Director of Service Operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with product and engineering teams to ensure services are operationally ready before go‑live, identifying gaps and facilitating their resolution prior to launch.
