SAP Training Manager (12‑month contract)

DELAN – IT Talent Hunters is looking for an experienced SAP Training Manager to oversee training for SAP implementations.

Mandate

• Develop the training strategy (target audiences, deliverables, tools, methods, etc.).
• Create training plans, schedules and coordinate the training and design team.
• Ensure project success by providing necessary equipment, environment, trainers, and logistics.
• Act as an integral part of the Change Management team.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Training Manager.
• Experience in SAP implementations.
• Good knowledge of datasets and testing environment management.
• Professional experience in large company settings.
• Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
