The Role

This position is responsible for directing, leading and motivating the Underwriting Team and setting the operational business plan/direction to establish and enforce policies and procedures.This role leads a team to ensure timely, accurate and efficient processing of the new and existing generated broker originated business.Responsible for ensuring the processes effectively comply with RMUP policies; mitigate operational risks while minimizing costs while delivering a best in class customer experience. Responsible for contributing, implementing and monitoring the yearly Business Plan and ensuring that it is in alignment with the strategic plan in order to support the achievement of MCAP’s Vision, Mission, Objectives and Values.
