About the role

This role leads the end‑to‑end delivery of major capital projects across Canada and parts of the U.S., overseeing engineering teams, defining project scopes, and ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget execution. It involves managing permitting and regulatory interfaces, directing construction and installation activities, and guiding commissioning and start‑up to achieve rapid, reliable operational performance.

Key responsibilities

Lead execution of major CAPEX projects within Canada and parts of the U.S., ensuring delivery aligned with safety, quality, cost, schedule and performance objectives.

Build, guide, and coordinate cross‑functional engineering project teams (internal and external).

Apply TPM Early Management methodologies, including CQV / IQ‑OQ‑PQ, to ensure smooth project start‑ups.

Deliver projects achieving critical KPIs, including: Zero TRIR and full compliance with process and people safety standards.
