What is the Opportunity?

Reporting directly to the Quality Director, the Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Far more than a monitoring role, you are the guardian of operational excellence and compliance with the highest standards. You act as a strategic advisor to construction and engineering teams to ensure that every stage of the project, from design to commissioning, meets the safety, durability, and performance requirements that Aecon is known for. This position requires an on-site presence 5 days a week in Quebec City. What You Will Do Here:

Develop, implement, and maintain the project quality management plan

Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry standards

Establish quality control and quality assurance processes on the job site

Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure follow-up on corrective actions
