Collections Agent
to join our on-site team. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy negotiating and working toward goals, this opportunity is for you.
Location:
On-site Barranquilla
Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers to collect past-due payments
Negotiate payment plans professionally
Update and maintain accurate account information
Follow collection procedures and meet performance goals
Requirements
Experience in collections or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic computer skills
Availability to work on-site
