Responsibility 1: Integrates sales and marketing strategy by ensuring sales and marketing are aligned with business programs. Attending regularly scheduled marketing meetings once a quarter at a minimum. Ensure new products marketing are integrated into business programs and activities. Develops and executes strategic marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services. Plans and oversees the marketing and promotional activities. Manages communicates with field sales and marketing advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns to provide efficient and effective promotions.
Responsibility 2: Implement fiscal responsibility by submitting quarterly financial forecast with review with management.. Develop trade spending budgets by group with review of measured results with management.
