Basic purpose of the job*
Mission:
To ensure the successful delivery of project objectives by effectively planning, executing,
and managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Accountabilities *
１．Support stakeholders on project user requirements preparation ensuring
that engineering standards, regulatory aspects, BI policies are well defined according to project scope.
２．Support on Yamagata CapEx Budget control to ensure CapEx expenditure progress.
３．Evaluate and secure necessary resources (internal and external) for each project phase implementation
(Basic Design, Detail Design, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification) and identify risks.
４．Coordinate CapEx Approval process on required forums according to expenditure approval workflow.
