GHL & Automation Executive

Role Description
We are looking for a motivated GHL & Automation Executive to support our automation and CRM workflows. The ideal candidate should have basic to intermediate experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and automation tools such as Zapier, Make and n8n, with a strong willingness to learn advanced workflows. This role involves assisting in building automations, maintaining CRM data, and supporting marketing and sales operations through efficient system processes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in building and managing automated workflows using GHL, Zapier, Make, n8n, and related tools.
Support the configuration and maintenance of GHL pipelines, funnels, forms, calendars, and automated sequences.
Help integrate multiple apps using APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic under supervision.
Troubleshoot basic automation issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
Monitor workflow performance and maintain accurate process documentation.
