GHRSS Administrator - Interview Scheduling Analyst

**What you’ll do:**

+ Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring alignment between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
+ Prepare and distribute interview materials, including resumes, interview guides, and evaluation forms
+ Arrange travel accommodations for candidates when required and manage related logistics
+ Process expense reimbursements in line with company policies
+ Manage scheduling requests using case management tools, hiring/onboarding systems, and MS Outlook
+ Maintain accurate records and track interview scheduling metrics
+ Deliver a seamless and positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders
