GIS Operator

Job Description

• Over-all management of data produced by the Geology Department, including storage and back-up, replication and data analysis
• Analyze data together with end-user for the most effective visuals (i.e. tables, figures, maps, etc) to be used for reports and presentations
• Supervise and mentor Geologists, Mining Engineers and Data Encoders in using software
• Oversee, ensure and implement the Company's Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies

Job Qualifications

• With at least three (3) years of proven and demonstrative experience and capability in using Surpac
• Proficient in QGIS (or other GIS software) and Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and MS Access
• Willing to do 12-hour shift duty
• Willing to do overtime work due to exigencies.
