Job Description
- Act as a GitHub Copilot optimization expert to refine prompt strategies, usage patterns, governance, and enterprise adoption, boosting developer productivity across coding, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Analyze existing development workflows and design/build custom AI agents that learn from the codebase and user inputs to generate code and automate engineering/DevOps tasks (e.g., code modernization, test generation, release automation).
- Develop agentic solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI (or equivalents) and integrate Copilot and agents with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, APIs, and internal systems.
- Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool/function calling, and model tuning to achieve accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency, and deliver reusable accelerators and best practices.
