GL Accountant - 5 months Contract

Responsibilities

• Prepare a full set of monthly accounts and ensure timely and accurate month‑end closing.
• Coordinate and perform month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including manual journal entries.
• Handle daily accounting operations such as cash flow management, accounts payable & receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Analyze financial data and prepare financial statements.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
